Before getting involved with Cede Sports, originally called CSO, I was curious as to who they are and how I could benefit from their services; however, I didn’t have anything to lose so I gave it a try. I was new to my Sports Ministry position, yet knew that I had a lot of work to do to improve the program. After the first meeting, I recognized the need for their assistance and was surprised by their challenge to picture my program 10 years in the future. I initially assumed that they would just help me fix current problems, which they do, but a large part of their focus is shifting your paradigm to give you a clearer vision of what your purpose is and how to achieve it. I would highly recommend it to other organizations!
