My name is Arrie Hougaard and i live in Cape Town, South Africa. I'm married to Erika. We have two daughters.
Jana is a third year Edication student at the University of Stellenbosch and Suné is final year in high school.
We all love the Lord and we love Sport.
I studied Marketing Management in Cape Town and also did the International Sport Leadership School in Stellenbosch.
In Corporate Bussiness I've worked many years in journalism and also worked many years in media in Namibia.
In Ministry is was Executive head for Scas in Stellenbosch. SCAS is Sport for Christ Action South Africa. SCAS was one of the first sport ministries in Cape Town, being started in 1985.
In Christian media i was Project and Ministry Manager at Radio Tygerberg in Cape Town.
I also served as Chaplain to the national rugby team of South Africa, the Springboks and was on team management with the Springbok rugby team as Media Liason.
My work for Cede in Cape Town relates to being the coordinator for the Western Cape region, and also for Namibia.
My favorite sport to play is golf and I love watching most ball sports like rugby, cricket, golf and NFL football.
My intrests include music, literature and traveling. I just love seeing new places and meeting new people.
